My TV has no coax connector because it was damaged in a move. No screws for an antenna. Can I hook one up?
It’s a standard def 38″ without a digital tuner. I was thinking of picking up an external digital converter and antenna to pick up local stations. Should I then run the signal through a dvd/vcr to get the component video, or do some digital converters have a component, s-video or something other than a coax output?
Yes. The digital converter box I have (Apex) has S-video and RCA composite video connections as well as RF coaxial. Most Apex models have an S-video connection, and a few others on the market do as well.
